Corporate Security Concentration

The Corporate Security online degree concentration provides specialized instruction for professionals interested in advancing their education related to the public safety industry and corporate environment, assessing risk levels, managing conflicts and understanding components critical to our nation’s infrastructure protection.

Because of federal, state and local regulations, corporations need employees knowledgeable in state-of-the-art assessment methods and equipped with skills necessary to function as managers of corporate or industrial security programs, such as:

• vulnerability assessment
• community risk management
• safety assessment and administration
• conflict resolution
• infrastructure protection

The Corporate Security concentration coursework provides students with operational knowledge and skills to identify threats and take proactive measures to protect public, private and corporate assets.
