The Marketing concentration is focused on helping students understand today’s global marketplace and what effective tools are needed to succeed. Every business — in all forms and definitions of business must satisfy customers in order to survive.
The online degree curriculum also helps students understand the key components to building a business plan and effectively communicating and promoting a company or organization. Students will take courses in marketing strategies, e-commerce, pricing and new program marketing strategies and research.
To get marketing students better prepared for the business world or to advance their career, the Business Division at Midway College Online provides personalized opportunities for students to take part in programs that include: job-shadowing, internships, mentorship, job fairs, resume preparation and job search seminars.
