Human Resource Management
The Human Resource Management concentration provides learners with a wide area of knowledge in the HR field including: strategic management, workforce planning and employment, human resource development, total rewards, employee and labor relations, and risk management.
Our curriculum incorporates the latest theoretical knowledge on strategic human resource issues and the practical skills that are vital for a successful professional career in this field. This objective is achieved not only through formal instruction but also through a hands-on manner, with a strong emphasis on real world case studies.
The various professions related to human resource management have a critical role in the future in helping people adapt to the increasingly high-tech, global, multi-cultural and team-oriented nature of the workplace.
