Midway College Online is devoted to making sure each and every student receives a quality education. Since it is inevitable that you will have questions or concerns at some point in your college career, Online Student Support is here to alleviate those concerns and answer those questions. We are in the office from 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday and we can be reached after hours, 6 PM – 9 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday via phone, text and email.
While we can help with almost any issue that may arise in your time at Midway, there will be some things that we cannot take care of ourselves. Try one of the two options below if you are having trouble in one of these areas:
The Midway Help Desk can be reached via email@example.com. Use this address if you have issues logging into your Midway email account or your Campus WEB account.
Moodle Help Center
In the upper left corner of Midway’s Moodle site is a link to the Moodle Help Center. This service is available 24/7 and can be reached by phone, live chat or email. Use this if you have questions after hours or if you are having trouble with any of the Moodle site functions.
